In-House Powertrain Calibration
The current-production 2026 750S represents the state of the art in McLaren's twin-turbo V8 technology. The M840T 4.0-liter engine produces 740 HP and 590 lb-ft while weighing just 198 kg complete with turbochargers and ancillaries, one of the lightest high-performance V8s in production. The 2026 model benefits from every iterative improvement McLaren has made since the 750S launched.
Stage 1 adds up to 125 HP and 115 lb-ft, bringing output to approximately 865 HP and 705 lb-ft.
Stage 2 delivers up to 165 HP and 160 lb-ft over stock, reaching roughly 905 HP and 750 lb-ft. A Stage 2 tune transforms the 750S into a car that competes on performance metrics with machines costing significantly more.
Important: the operating system must have the latest firmware update before any tuning work. All calibrations are developed for 91 octane and 93 octane fuel. Custom calibrations are available for 100 octane or other race fuels. Map switching and antilag are offered as add-ons.
