In-House Powertrain Calibration
As the final model year before the 720S replaced the Super Series, the 2017 650S stands as the most refined version of this generation. The M838T 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 produces 641 HP and 500 lb-ft with the polish of four full production years behind it. It's also the best value proposition in the lineup for tuning, mature hardware, sorted electronics, and strong aftermarket support.
Stage 1 delivers up to 80 HP and 80 lb-ft of additional output, reaching approximately 721 HP and 580 lb-ft.
Stage 2 pushes up to 105 HP and 100 lb-ft over stock for a total of roughly 746 HP and 600 lb-ft. Both stages are pure software, no hardware changes required, and the gains come through optimizing the conservative factory calibration.
All calibrations are developed for 91 octane and 93 octane fuel. Custom calibrations are available for 100 octane or other race fuels. Map switching and antilag are available as optional add-ons.
