McLaren built the 675LT as the ultimate expression of the M838T platform, a Longtail variant with 666 HP, 516 ft-lbs, reduced weight, and track-optimized aerodynamics. The 2017 model carries McLaren's most aggressive factory calibration for this engine generation, but there is still meaningful headroom in boost pressure and ignition timing that our in-house engineering team targets to unlock additional performance.
Stage 1 on the 2017 675LT adds +80 HP and +80 TQ for a total of approximately 746 HP and 596 ft-lbs. Our calibration pushes the twin-scroll turbochargers harder in the 4,500–7,500 RPM range where the factory tune backs off, and optimizes fuel delivery for clean, consistent power on premium fuel. Stage 2 takes the 675LT to 771 HP and 616 TQ, territory where this already extreme car becomes truly extraordinary. Owners report dramatically stronger track performance, quicker lap times, and a more engaging driving experience. ECU map switching and antilag are available as add-ons.
