In-House Powertrain Calibration
The 2017 570S saw the introduction of the Sprint and GT4 race variants, confirming the platform's competitive credentials. The road car's M838TE 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 at 562 HP and 443 lb-ft remains conservatively tuned from the factory, giving owners meaningful gains through software alone.
Our Stage 1 calibration delivers up to 80 HP and 80 lb-ft of additional output, reaching approximately 642 HP and 523 lb-ft.
Stage 2 extracts up to 105 HP and 100 lb-ft over stock, totaling roughly 667 HP and 543 lb-ft. The transformation in throttle response and mid-range pull is immediately noticeable, it's one of the most satisfying calibration results across the McLaren lineup.
All calibrations are developed for 91 octane and 93 octane fuel. Custom calibrations are available for 100 octane or other race fuels. ECU map switching and antilag are offered as optional add-ons.
