This engine platform, with its flat-plane crank and compact twin-scroll turbocharger setup, responds exceptionally well to ECU recalibration, and our team has extensive experience extracting every bit of hidden performance from it.
Our Stage 1 calibration delivers +80 HP and +80 ft-lbs through optimized boost pressure targets, advanced ignition timing maps, and refined fueling parameters. The 2014 model benefits from McLaren's latest factory software revision, which our calibration builds upon for maximum reliability. Stage 2 adds +105 HP and +100 TQ for owners who want to push beyond the 700 HP threshold. Both stages include 93 octane optimization, and our ECU map switching feature allows you to toggle between stock and performance maps on demand, ideal for daily driving versatility. Every calibration is developed and validated in-house at Mega 3 Performance.
