The first calibration level adds 55 HP / 56 PS / 41 kW and 64 lb-ft / 87 Nm. On that basis, Stage 1 output is approximately 612 HP / 621 PS / 457 kW and 580 lb-ft / 787 Nm.
At Stage 2, the gains rise to 85 HP / 86 PS / 63 kW and 75 lb-ft / 102 Nm, yielding estimated figures of 642 HP / 651 PS / 479 kW and 591 lb-ft / 802 Nm. This stage requires pulley upgrade.
ZF 8 Speed TCU Calibration
The ZF 8HP TCU Calibration is a critical component of a properly calibrated performance package. Modern vehicles rely on continuous communication between the engine and transmission control systems to manage torque delivery, shift quality, and overall drivability. While an ECU calibration increases engine output, the factory transmission calibration often remains configured around the original power levels and can continue to employ torque intervention strategies that limit how effectively the additional power is delivered to the wheels.
