In-House Powertrain Calibration
Stage 1 changes the output calculation by 74 HP / 75 PS / 55 kW and 97 lb-ft / 132 Nm, resulting in 584 HP / 585 PS / 430 kW and 558 lb-ft / 757 Nm.
The Stage 2 calibration raises the gain to 89 HP / 90 PS / 66 kW and 119 lb-ft / 161 Nm, producing approximately 599 HP / 600 PS / 441 kW and 580 lb-ft / 786 Nm. This stage requires pulley upgrade.
ZF 8 Speed TCU Calibration
The ZF 8HP TCU Calibration is a critical component of a properly calibrated performance package. Modern vehicles rely on continuous communication between the engine and transmission control systems to manage torque delivery, shift quality, and overall drivability. While an ECU calibration increases engine output, the factory transmission calibration often remains configured around the original power levels and can continue to employ torque intervention strategies that limit how effectively the additional power is delivered to the wheels.
Our TCU calibration is designed to work in conjunction with the ECU calibration, ensuring both systems operate with a synchronized torque model and allowing the transmission to fully support the increased power and torque produced by the engine.
