The first calibration level adds 50 HP / 51 PS / 38 kW and 59 lb-ft / 80 Nm. On that basis, Stage 1 output is approximately 543 HP / 551 PS / 405 kW and 509 lb-ft / 690 Nm.
At Stage 2, the gains rise to 73 HP / 74 PS / 54 kW and 99 lb-ft / 134 Nm, yielding estimated figures of 566 HP / 574 PS / 422 kW and 549 lb-ft / 744 Nm.
ZF 8 Speed TCU Calibration
The ZF 8HP TCU Calibration is a critical component of a properly calibrated performance package. Modern vehicles rely on continuous communication between the engine and transmission control systems to manage torque delivery, shift quality, and overall drivability. While an ECU calibration increases engine output, the factory transmission calibration often remains configured around the original power levels and can continue to employ torque intervention strategies that limit how effectively the additional power is delivered to the wheels.
Our TCU calibration is designed to work in conjunction with the ECU calibration, ensuring both systems operate with a synchronized torque model and allowing the transmission to fully support the increased power and torque produced by the engine.
