Stage 1 calibration adds up to 100 HP / 101 PS / 75 kW and 175 lb-ft / 237 Nm, pushing output to approximately 790 HP / 801 PS / 589 kW and 730 lb-ft / 990 Nm.
Stage 2 calibration adds up to 125 HP / 127 PS / 93 kW and 195 lb-ft / 264 Nm, reaching output to approximately 815 HP / 826 PS / 608 kW and 750 lb-ft / 1017 Nm.
ZF 8HP Transmission Control Unit (TCU) Calibration
The ZF 8HP TCU Calibration is a critical component of a properly calibrated performance package. Modern vehicles rely on continuous communication between the engine and transmission control systems to manage torque delivery, shift quality, and overall drivability. While an ECU calibration increases engine output, the factory transmission calibration often remains configured around the original power levels and can continue to employ torque intervention strategies that limit how effectively the additional power is delivered to the wheels.
Our TCU calibration is designed to work in conjunction with the ECU calibration, ensuring both systems operate with a synchronized torque model and allowing the transmission to fully support the increased power and torque produced by the engine.
